We Will Rock You: The Magic of Rock Gardening

Our next Monthly Meeting will ROCK your world! 🪨🌵

We’ll dive into the fascinating world of rock gardening – where plants and stone come together to create landscapes that look like they’ve always belonged.

Leading the charge is Mr. A. Thomas Crawley, Horticulturist at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, whose work spans the Trial Garden, Perennial Garden, Woodland Walk, and more. Before that, he helped care for plants at the U.S. Botanic Garden, as well as landscapes at the Supreme Court and Wolf Trap National Park. With a designer’s eye and deep horticultural knowledge, Thomas will show us how rock gardens can be both beautiful and practical.
