CCSS Annual Show and Sale Vendor Terms and Conditions

• Confirmation: Vendor participation is finalized once confirmed by the CCSS organizing committee.
• Space Allocation: Each vendor will receive one table unless an exception is requested and approved in advance.
• Logistics: Vendors are responsible for setting up, staffing, and clearing their designated space.
• Central Checkout: To streamline the guest experience, all sales will be processed through the CCSS central checkout. Every item must be clearly labeled with the vendor’s name or code and the sale price.
• Payouts & Support: CCSS retains a 15% commission on gross sales to support our nonprofit botanical education programs. The remaining 85% will be paid to the vendor via check or electronic payment within two weeks following the event.
• Plant Health: To protect all collections present, all plants must be healthy, free of visible pests or disease, and suitable for sale.
• Ethical Sourcing: In alignment with our conservation values, illegally collected, poached, improperly documented, or legally prohibited items are strictly forbidden. CCSS reserves the right to remove any item inconsistent with the safety or spirit of the event.
• Liability: Vendors maintain responsibility for their own inventory, equipment, and personal property. CCSS is not liable for theft, damage, or unsold merchandise.
• Coordination: Vendors agree to follow event-day schedules and instructions regarding setup, safety protocols, and breakdown.
