CCSS Monthly Meeting – February 2026

“University Gardens, Plant Conservation, and the Future of Horticulture”
Rachel Canalichio, Greenhouse Manager at the Wilbur Harlan Greenhouse of George Washington University (@bovinepal, @gw_greenhouse), will lead an engaging presentation on how academic gardens – particularly those with cactus and succulent collections – play a vital role in conservation, education, and inspiring the next generation of plant enthusiasts and professionals.
We will also host a plant swap, so bring a plant or cutting to share and take home something new!
Everyone is welcome – whether you’re a seasoned collector or just beginning your cactus and succulent journey.
